Now with every move there comes a new blog / story idea this move is by far no different and instead of escaping to the country it will be titled "The Twitchers" because there are no less than 5/6 house in my little cul de sac that when we step out to the car the curtains twitch, I kid you not. Now I realise we have moved into a fairly affluent area house prices in our road alone fetch more than £660,000 (now you can see why we rent!!) so we could be seen as the beverley hillbillies of the area  but it looks like life will be interesting here and if it wasn't I just wouldn't have a blog now would I!

But its come to my attention that with every seasonal break from your favourite tv show you get an up to date preview of the events that have happened before think LOST in 8 minutes.
So I will attempt to do the same (albeit the fact that you can't time me lol) and there is no video just lots of pics!.
April 2011 - Decide to leave city life and move to the countryside but where?
May 2011 - Internet house search / school search / job search
June 2011 - View houses in Cornwall, Norfolk, Devon, Somerset, Lincolnshire, tried to view houses in Dorset. stayed in lots of travelodges ;P






June 2011 - Put down a deposit on a house in Norfolk.
June 2011 - Give notice at current house and inform kids schools.
June 2011 -  2 days before getting keys are informed that we can't have house as landlord isn't sure about us LONDONERS!.

Not content with insulting other countries, Clarkson has also managed to alienate significant swathes of his own. The good folk of Norfolk started a ‘We Hate Jeremy Clarkson’ club after he implied they were backwards by saying that in the 'flat and featureless' county people point and say: "Hey, look, it’s a car!"

July 2011 - Nowhere to live, no schools for kids to go to!

November 2011 - Countryside blues. Yes yes i'm soooooo fickle!
November 2011 - The cost of petrol :(
December 2011 - House hunting and job searching back in London!
December 2011 - HUGE campaign to find the best little village to live in!
January 2012 - Hubby starts work back at Heathrow - see him at weekends only!
February 2012 - Leaving Norfolk
February 2012 - Escaping to the Country - part 2 - Stokenchurch move day!

February 2012 - moving day snow journey!

March 2012 - The start of hubby and mine "LOST" viewing nights - we have NO tv channels in bedroom!
April 2012 - The addiction to LOST continues!
May 2012 - awaiting CRB to start work again!
June 2012 - Hubby change of job again
July 2012 - Homesick (once again)
August 2012 - Escaping AWAY from the Country - part 3 - Ickenham move day!
